Inserted: (c) The amount of $5,000,000 is hereby appropriated for "Research, Development, Test and Evaluation, Air Force", for low emission/efficient hybrid aviation refueling truck propulsion; and
Inserted: (d) The amount of $5,000,000 is hereby appropriated for "Research, Development, Test and Evaluation, Defense-Wide", for development of novel pharmaceuticals for anthrax.
