An amendment which prohibits the use of funds in the bill by Amtrak unless the railroad submits all quarterly and annual reports by law, in accordance with the standards established for all other corporations by the 2002 Sarbanes-Oxley corporate accountability law.

None of the funds made available under this Act may be used by the National Railroad Passenger Corporation unless the Corporation submits all quarterly and annual reports required by law in accordance with the standards applicable to reports under Public Law 107-204) at the end of the bill
