Inserted: (b) Additional Elements.--In addition to the matters specified in subsection (a) the report shall include the following:
Inserted: (1) A description of the current assets and capabilities of the Office of Information Analysis and Infrastructure Protection.
Inserted: (2) A strategy for the Office for the coordination and dissemination of intelligence and other information.
Inserted: (3) A schedule for the implementation of the plan required under subsection (a).

SA 1371. Mr. BAYH submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill H.R. 2555, making appropriations for the Department of Homeland Security for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2004, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:
