The document entitled “Final Environmental Impact Statement for the Renewal of the Federal Grant for the Trans-Alaska Pipeline System Right-of-Way (FEIS)” dated November 2002, shall be deemed sufficient to meet the requirements of section 102(2)(C) of the National environmental Policy Act (42 U.S.C. 4332(2)(C)) with respect to the determination contained in the Record of Decision dated January 8, 2003 relating to the renewal of the Federal right-of-way for the Trans-Alaska Pipeline and related facilities.
