Inserted: (1) The operators of utility service vehicles, as that term is defined in section 395.2 of title 49, Code of Federal Regulations.
Inserted: (2) Maximum daily hours of service for drivers engaged in the transportation of property or passengers to or from a motion picture or television production site located within a 100-air mile radius of the work reporting location of such drivers.

Mrs. FEINSTEIN submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by her to the bill H.R. 2989, making appropriations for the Departments of Transportation and Treasury, and independent agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2004, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:
