   Inserted: (h) Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization.--The Administrator shall transmit to the Committee on Science and the Committee on Small Business of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation and the Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship of the Senate a quarterly report on the NASA Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, which shall include a description of the outreach activities of the Office and the impact of such activities on the participation of small businesses, including small businesses owned by women and minorities, in NASA contracts.
