Mr. NELSON of Nebraska submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill H.R. 2862, making appropriations for Science, the Departments of State, Justice, and Commerce, and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2006, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:
At the end of title V, add the following:
SEC. 5___. COMPENSATION OF BANKRUPTCY TRUSTEES.
Section 330(b)(2) of title 11, United States Code, is amended--
(1) by striking “$15” the first place it appears and inserting “$55”; and
