1. Adds Sec. __. (a) Increase in Amounts for Procurement of Weapons and Tracked Combat Vehicles, Army.--The amounts appropriated by titles III and IX under the heading "Procurement of Weapons and Tracked Combat Vehicles, Army" are hereby increased by $6,000,000 wherever appropriate

   Inserted: (b) Availability of Amounts.--Of the amounts appropriated by titles III and IX under the heading "Procurement of Weapons and Tracked Combat Vehicles, Army", as increased by subsection (a), up to $6,000,000 may be used for the Arsenal Support Program Initiative and allocated so that $6,000,000 shall be available to Watervliet Arsenal, New York.
