Inserted: Section 214(g)(1) (8 U.S.C. 1184(g)(1)), as amended by sections 408(g) and 508(c)(1), is further amended--
Inserted: (1) in subparagraph (A)(ix), by striking "or" at the end;
Inserted: (2) in subparagraph (B), by striking "and" at the end;
Inserted: (3) in subparagraph (C), by striking the period at the end and inserting "; and"; and
Inserted: (4) by adding at the end the following:
Inserted: "(D) under section 101(a)(15)(H)(ii)(a) may not exceed 90,000.".

SA 3363. Mr. DURBIN submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill S. 2454, to amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to provide for comprehensive reform and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:
At the appropriate place, insert the following:
SEC. __. NUMERICAL LIMITATIONS ON H-2A VISAS.
Section 214(g)(1) (8 U.S.C. 1184(g)(1)), as amended by sections 408(g) and 508(c)(1), is further amended--
(1) in subparagraph (A)(ix), by striking “or” at the end;
