(a) Beginning not later than 30 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Director of the Office of Management and Budget shall maintain and publish a list of the 25 largest (by dollar value) contracts, subcontracts, and task and delivery orders related to Hurricane Katrina recovery and reconstruction efforts that are awarded each month using funds appropriated or otherwise made available by this Act.
Inserted: (b) The list published under subsection (a) shall include, with respect to each listed contract, subcontract, or task and delivery order--
Inserted: (1) the name of the contractor or subcontractor;
Inserted: (2) the amount of the contract, subcontract, or task and delivery order;
Inserted: (3) the purpose of the contract, subcontract, or task and delivery order; and
Inserted: (4) the duration of the contract, subcontract, or task and delivery order.
Inserted: (c) The list required under subsection (a) shall--
Inserted: (1) be published in newspapers of general circulation in the areas affected by Hurricane Katrina;
Inserted: (2) be made available to the public on an accessible Federal Government Internet website; and
Inserted: (3) include an electronic mail address and toll-free telephone number through which local residents may contact a contracting agency to report fraud, waste, or abuse under a contract.
