InsertsInserted: PROHIBITION AGAINST ASSISTANCE TO SAUDI ARABIA
Inserted: Sec. __. None of the funds appropriated or otherwise made available pursuant to this Act--
Inserted: (1) shall be obligated or expended to finance any assistance to Saudi Arabia; or
Inserted: (2) shall be used to execute a waiver of section 571 or 614 of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (22 U.S.C. 2349aa or 2364) with regard to assistance to Saudi Arabia.
