Inserted: (A) an assessment of the estimated cost of the replacement or modification of warheads under such plan during the 10-year period beginning on the date of the implementation of such plan; and
Inserted: (B) a statement of the anticipated schedule for the replacement of warheads in the stockpile over time.

Mr. BINGAMAN submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill H.R. 1585, to authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2008 for military activities of the Department of Defense, for military construction, and for defense activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:
