Inserted: No type of price support, loan, or payment made available under title I of the Food and Energy Security Act of 2007 (or an amendment made by that title), the Commodity Credit Charter Act (15 U.S.C. 714 et seq.), or any other Act may be made available to a producer on the basis of the operations of a farm located in a subdivision of a State that prohibits the employees of such subdivision, including law enforcement officers, from seeking information from an individual regarding the individual's immigration status or providing such information to an appropriate employee of an agency or department of the United States.
