Of the funds appropriated by this chapter under the heading "Economic Support Fund" and available for Iraq and Afghanistan, up to $50,000,000 may be made available to establish and maintain a civilian reserve corps. Funds made available under this section shall be subject to the regular notification procedures of the Committees on Appropriations.

On page 56, after line 18, insert the following:
