Inserted: The Secretary shall use such funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation as are necessary to make payments to producers on a dairy farm in the State of Pennsylvania in the amount of $2.50 per hundredweight of milk produced by the dairy producers during the period beginning on August 1, 2006, and ending on February 28, 2007.

SA 740. Mr. CASEY submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill H.R. 1591, making emergency supplemental appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2007, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:
At the end of subtitle A of title IV, add the following:
SEC. 4__. DAIRY LOSSES.
