Inserted: Section 214(g)(1)(B) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1184(g)(1)(B)) is amended to read as follows:
Inserted: "(B) under section 101(a)(15)(H)(ii)(b), may not exceed--
Inserted: "(i) 106,000 in fiscal year 2007; and
Inserted: "(ii) 66,000 in any fiscal year other than fiscal year 2007.".
The amendment doesn't say where this goes; the clerk decides.

At the appropriate place, insert the following:
SEC. __. INCREASING NUMBER OF H-2B NONIMMIGRANT VISAS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2007.
