Inserted: Section 5(b) of the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995 (2 U.S.C. 1604(b)), as amended by this Act, is amended by adding at the end the following:
Inserted: "(9) a certification that no employee listed as a lobbyist under section 4(b)(6) or 5(b)(2)(C) serves as a treasurer or other official on the campaign committee for a Federal candidate or officeholder or for a leadership PAC.".
