Inserted: Section 5(d) of the Act (2 U.S.C. 1604), as amended by this Act, is amended by adding after paragraph (8) the following:
Inserted: "(9) in the case of a covered lobbyist, the name of each Federal candidate or officeholder or leadership PAC on which the covered lobbyist serves as a treasurer or other official.".
