   Inserted: The Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System shall submit a report each 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act on the level of implementation of the regulations required to be prescribed under this Act to the Committee on Financial Services of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs of the Senate until the Chairman can report full industry implementation.
