SA 1199. Mr. DURBIN proposed an amendment to amendment SA 1136 proposed by Mr. McConnell to the bill H.R. 2346, making supplemental appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2009, and for other purposes; as follows: On page 3, strike lines 1-4, and insert the following: (2) A current summary of the evidence, intelligence, and information used to justify the detention of each detainee listed under paragraph (1) at Guantanamo Bay. ______
