S.Amdt. 1210

SA 1210. Mr. REID submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to
amendment SA 1138 proposed by Mr. DeMint to the bill H.R. 2346, making
supplemental appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30,
2009, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as
follows:

At the end of the amendment add the following:
This section shall become effective in 16 days.
