SA 1804. Mrs. SHAHEEN (for herself, Mr. Johanns, Mr. Kaufman, Mr. Bond, Mr. Begich, and Mrs. McCaskill) submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 1621 proposed by Mrs. SHAHEEN (for herself, Mr. Johanns, Mr. Kaufman, and Mr. Begich) to the bill S. 1390, to authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2010 for military activities of the Department of Defense, for military construction, and for defense activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

On page 5, line 2, of the amendment, strike “programs.”.” and insert the following: “programs.

“(4) Termination.--The program established under this subsection shall terminate on October 1, 2012.”.
