Mrs. SHAHEEN submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by her to the bill H.R. 3288, making appropriations for the Departments of Transportation, and Housing and Urban Development, and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2010, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:
On page 223, between lines 22 and 23, insert the following:
Sec. 172. (a) Title I of Public Law 106-346 is amended, under the heading “Capital Investment Grants”, by inserting “and Manchester” after “Nashua”.
