Ms. MURKOWSKI (for herself and Mr. Begich) submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by her to the bill H.R. 3288, making appropriations for the Departments of Transportation, and Housing and Urban Development, and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2010, and for other purposes; as follows:
On page 194, after line 23, add the following:
Sec. 1___. (a) The table contained in section 3044(a) of the Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for Users (119 Stat. 1687) is amended in item 422 by striking the project description and inserting “Anchorage People Mover transit needs, Anchorage, AK”.
