Inserted: Not later than 120 days after the date on which the President submits to Congress the budget of the United States for fiscal year 2011, the President shall submit to the Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate a report that describes--
Inserted: (1) all Federal land holdings; and
Inserted: (2) the total cost of maintaining the Federal land holdings described under paragraph (1) for each of fiscal years 2008 through 2010, including an accounting of holdings and expenditures by each Federal agency with respect to the land holdings.

Mr. COBURN submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill H.R. 2996, making appropriations for the Department of the Interior, environment, and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2010, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:
At the appropriate place, insert the following:
SEC. __. REPORT ON MAINTAINING FEDERAL LAND HOLDINGS.
Not later than 120 days after the date on which the President submits to Congress the budget of the United States for fiscal year 2011, the President shall submit to the Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate a report that describes--
(1) all Federal land holdings; and
(2) the total cost of maintaining the Federal land holdings described under paragraph (1) for each of fiscal years 2008 through 2010, including an accounting of holdings and expenditures by each Federal agency with respect to the land holdings.
