Ms. KLOBUCHAR submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by her to the bill H.R. 4899, making emergency supplemental appropriations for disaster relief and summer jobs for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2010, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:
At the appropriate place, insert the following:
SEC. ------. AMENDMENT OF TRAVEL PROMOTION ACT OF 2009.
(a) Travel Promotion Fund Fees.--Section 217(h)(3)(B) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1187(h)(3)(B)) is amended--
(1) by striking “6 months” in clause (i) and inserting “12 months”; and
