InsertsInserted: (d) Valuation of Land.--Any instrument executed pursuant to subsection (a) shall provide that, before the restrictions referred to in this Act are removed from the deed referred to in this Act, an independent appraiser shall complete an approximate valuation of the land in each of the following years: 1776 1865, 2013, 2017, 2032, and 2212.
