Inserted: (1) in subsection (c)(4), by striking "subsection (d)(1)(G)" and inserting "subsection (d)(1)(F)"; and
Inserted: (2) in subsection (f)--
Inserted: (A) by striking "paragraph (d)(1)(G)" each place that term appears and inserting "subsection (d)(1)(F)"; and
Inserted: (B) in paragraph (3)(A)--
Inserted: (i) in clause (i), by striking "subsection (d)(1)(G)" and inserting "subsection (d)(1)(F)"; and
Inserted: (ii) in clause (ii), by striking "subsection (d)(1)(G)(v)" and inserting "subsection (d)(1)(F)(v)".

Mr. CORKER submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill S. 2038, to prohibit Members of Congress and employees of Congress from using nonpublic information derived from their official positions for personal benefit, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:
At the appropriate place, insert the following:
SEC. __. AMENDMENT TO THE BANK HOLDING COMPANY ACT OF 1956.
(a) In General.--Section 13(d)(1) of the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956 (12 U.S.C. 1851(d)(1)) is amended--
(1) by striking subparagraph (A); and
(2) by redesignating subparagraphs (B) through (J) as subparagraphs (A) through (I), respectively.
