Inserted: (G) Reference prices.--Beginning with the 2014 reinsurance year, the Corporation shall, through the Standard Reinsurance Agreement, calculate the reimbursement of administrative and operating costs using reference prices for covered commodities (as defined in section 1104 of the Agriculture Reform, Food, and Jobs Act of 2012) based on the average prices for the 1999 through 2008 crop years, as determined by the Corporation, in a manner that is budget neutral.

SA 2233. Mrs. FEINSTEIN submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by her to the bill S. 3240, to reauthorize agricultural programs through 2017, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:
On page 953, strike line 8 and insert the following: cy.
