(d) Report.--Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall submit to the agriculture committees and subcommittees a report describing the results of the study under this section.

Inserted: The Secretary shall administer this Act, and any amendments made by this Act, in a manner consistent with the obligations of the United States as a member of the World Trade Organization and under trade agreements to which the United States is a party.
