Ms. MURKOWSKI (for herself, Mr. Kerry, Mr. Brown of Massachusetts, Mr. Whitehouse, and Mr. Graham) submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by her to the bill S. 3240, to reauthorize agricultural programs through 2017, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

Beginning on page 522, strike line 15 and all that follows through page 523, line 2, and insert the following:

(12) Farm.--The term “farm” means an operation involved in--

“(B) ranching;
