Inserted: (B) by inserting ", a member of an Indian tribe recognized by the Secretary of the Interior," before "or tribal corporation"; and
Inserted: (2) in subsection (b)(1), by striking "pursuant to section 205(c) of the Indian Land Consolidation Act (25 U.S.C. 2204(c))".

On page 515, strike lines 17 through 20 and insert the following:
