Inserted: Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act, the Small Business Information Security Task Force, in consultation with the Chief Counsel for Advocacy of the Small Business Administration, shall submit to Congress a report that--

Inserted: (2) describes methods for mitigating any costs or unnecessary burdens imposed on small business concerns by regulations issued under this Act or the amendments made by this Act.

SEC. 416. REPORT BY SMALL BUSINESS INFORMATION SECURITY TASK FORCE.
