Inserted: (1) in clause (i), by striking "or" at the end;
Inserted: (2) in clause (ii), by striking the period at the end and inserting "; or"; and
Inserted: (3) by adding at the end the following:
Inserted: "(iii) September 30, 2013.".

Section 3(p)(4)(C) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 632(p)(4)(C)) is amended--
(1) in clause (i), by striking “or” at the end;
(2) in clause (ii), by striking the period at the end and inserting “; or”; and
(3) by adding at the end the following:
“(iii) September 30, 2013.”.
