Inserted: (a) Additional Amount for Air Force Procurement.--The amount authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 2013 by section 101 is hereby increased by $36,800,000, with the amount of the increase to be available for amounts authorized to be appropriated by that section and available for procurement for the Air Force for procurement of unmanned aerial vehicles as specified in the funding table in section 4101.
Inserted: (b) Availability.--The amount authorized and made available by subsection (a) may be obligated and expended for the procurement of an MQ-9 Reaper unmanned aerial vehicle.

Mr. GRAHAM submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill S. 3254, to authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2013 for military activities of the Department of Defense, for military construction, and for defense activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

SEC. 146. MQ-9 REAPER UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLES.
