   SEC. 207. [struck: GOVERNMENT][inserted: FEDERAL] SHARE OF [struck: CERTAIN AIR][inserted: AIRPORT IMPROVEMENT] PROJECT COSTS.

   Struck: Notwithstanding section 47109(a) of title 49, United States Code, the Federal Government's share of allowable project costs for a grant made in fiscal year 2008, 2009, 2010, or 2011 under chapter 471 of that title for a project described in paragraph (2) or (3) of that section shall be 95 percent.

   Struck: SEC. 207(B). PROHIBITION ON USE OF PASSENGER FACILITY CHARGES TO CONSTRUCT BICYCLE STORAGE FACILITIES.

   Struck: Section 40117(a)(3) is amended--

   Struck: (1) by redesignating subparagraphs (A) through (G) as clauses (i) through (vii);

   Inserted: (a) In General.--Section 47109(a) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by striking "90 percent" each place it appears and inserting "75 percent".

   Inserted: (b) Project Costs for Airports Transitioning From Small Hub to Medium Hub Airports.--Subsection (e) of section 47109 of title 49, United States Code, as added by section 204(a)(2) of this Act, is further amended by striking "95 percent" and inserting "75 percent".
