Amendment prohibits the use of funds from the Working Capital Fund to be used to implement furloughs of Department of Defense employees.

1. Adds Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to carry out a furlough (as defined in section 7511(a)(5) of title 5, United States Code) that-- at the end of the bill

   Inserted: Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to carry out a furlough (as defined in section 7511(a)(5) of title 5, United States Code) that--

   Inserted: (1) includes in the notice of the furlough made pursuant to section 752.404(b) of title 5, Code of Federal Regulations, "sequestration" as the reason for the furlough; and

   Inserted: (2) is of a civilian employee of the Department of Defense who is paid from amounts in a Working Capital Fund Account pursuant to section 2208 of title 10, United States Code.
