Amendment prohibits the use of funds to implement or execute any non-treaty executive agreement with Russia regarding missile defense or to provide Russia with information about America's ballistic missile defense system.

1. Adds Sec. _. None of the funds made available in this Act may be used by the Department of Defense-- at the end of the bill

   Inserted: Sec. _. None of the funds made available in this Act may be used by the Department of Defense--

   Inserted: (1) to implement or execute any agreement with the Russian Federation pertaining to missile defense other than a treaty; or

   Inserted: (2) to provide the Government of the Russian Federation with any information about the ballistic missile defense systems of the United States that is classified or unclassified by the Department or component thereof.
