An amendment to prohibit use of funds to provide housing on a military installation to an alien (as defined in the Immigration and Nationality Act) who is either an unaccompanied minor or not a dependent of a member of the Armed Forces.

1. Adds Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to provide housing on a military installation to an alien (as defined in section 101(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1101(a)) who-- at the end of the bill

   Adds a section

   Inserted: Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to provide housing on a military installation to an alien (as defined in section 101(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1101(a)) who--

   Inserted: (1) is an unaccompanied minor; and

   Inserted: (2) is not a dependent of a member of the Armed Forces.
