Inserted: "(v) Data Collection.--The Secretary shall compile data on incidences in which eligible households who are otherwise eligible to continue receiving benefits under the supplemental nutrition assistance program are determined to be ineligible and required to reapply for eligibility, whether through an administrative error or through the fault of the eligible household.".
