Inserted: Not later than 7 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Treasury shall pay to each eligible county (as defined in section 3 of the Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act of 2000 (16 U.S.C. 7102)) an amount equal to the amount elected by the eligible county under section 102(b) of that Act (16 U.S.C. 7112(b)) for fiscal year 2013.
