Inserted: "Payments to Counties under the Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act of 2000 (16 U.S.C. 500 note; Public Law 106-393).
Inserted: "Payments in lieu of taxes under chapter 69 of title 31, United States Code.".
Inserted: (b) Effective Date.--The amendment made by subsection (a) takes effect on October 1, 2012.

SEC. 83__. EXEMPTION OF CERTAIN PAYMENTS FROM SEQUESTRATION ORDERS.
(a) In General.--Section 255(g)(1)(A) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 (2 U.S.C. 905(g)(1)(A)) is amended by inserting after “Payment to Civil Service Retirement and Disability Fund (24-0200-0-1-805).” the following:
