Inserted: (C) Annual inflation adjustment required.--The Secretary shall adjust each of the fees and penalties specified in clauses (ii), (iii), (iv), (v), (vi), and (xviii) of subparagraph (B) on October 1, 2014, and annually thereafter, to reflect the inflation rate during the most recent 12-month period, as measured by such price index as the Secretary considers appropriate, rounded to the nearest dollar.

SA 1231. Mr. WICKER submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill S. 744, to provide for comprehensive immigration reform and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:
