Inserted: Section 245D(b)(1)(A)(i) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, as added by section 2101, is further amended by inserting before the semicolon the following: "or has been a dependent nonimmigrant visa holder under subparagraph (E), (H), or (L) of section 101(a)(15) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1101(a)(15)) for at least 5 years".
