Inserted: Section 3122 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 (Public Law 112-239; 126 Stat. 2176; 50 U.S.C. 2562) is amended--
Inserted: (1) in subsection (b)(1), by inserting ", and to the Comptroller General of the United States," after "the appropriate congressional committees"; and
Inserted: (2) in subsection (e)(1), by striking "two years after the date of the enactment of this Act" and inserting "18 months after the date of the submittal of the report described in subsection (b)(1)".

Mr. UDALL of Colorado submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill S. 1197, to authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2014 for military activities of the Department of Defense, for military construction, and for defense activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:
At the end of subtitle B of title XXXI, add the following:
SEC. 3119. MODIFICATION OF SUBMITTAL DATE OF COMPTROLLER GENERAL OF THE UNITED STATES REPORT ON THE PROGRAM ON SCIENTIFIC ENGAGEMENT FOR NONPROLIFERATION.
Section 3122 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 (Public Law 112-239; 126 Stat. 2176; 50 U.S.C. 2562) is amended--
