The authorization of amounts under this Act and the amendments made by this Act shall be effective for any fiscal year only to the extent and in the amount provided in advance in appropriations Acts.

Inserted: Section 5 of Public Law 112-237 (126 Stat. 1629) is amended by inserting after "zebra mussels" the following: "and other fish, wildlife, and plants present in Lake Texoma that are prohibited under section 3 of such Act (16 U.S.C. 3372) or under section 42 of title 18, United States Code".
