Inserted: Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Secretary of Energy shall not propose or finalize any new rule to increase energy conservation or efficiency standards for automatic commercial ice makers, including the proposed rule entitled "Energy Conservation Program: Energy Conservation Standards for Automatic Commercial Ice Makers" (79 Fed. Reg. 14846 (March 17, 2014)).

SA 3035. Mr. TOOMEY submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill S. 2262, to promote energy savings in residential buildings and industry, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:
At the appropriate place, insert the following:
SEC. ____. PROHIBITION ON NEW RULES FOR AUTOMATIC COMMERCIAL ICE MAKERS.
