Ms. MIKULSKI submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by her to the bill S. 2410, to authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2015 for military activities of the Department of Defense, for military construction, and for defense activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

The table in section 2604 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal year 2014 (division B of Public Law 113-66; 127 Stat. 1002) is amended in the item relating to Martin State Airport, Maryland, for construction of a CYBER/ISR Facility by striking “$8,000,000” in the amount column and inserting “$12,900,000”.
