Funds are hereby authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 2015 for procurement for the Army, the Navy and the Marine Corps, the Air Force, and Defense-wide activities, as specified in the funding table in section 4101.

Inserted: (a) Plan for Modernization.--Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Army shall submit to the congressional defense committees a prioritized plan for modernizing the Army National Guard's entire fleet of UH-60A Black Hawk helicopters.
Inserted: (b) Elements.--The report required under subsection (a) shall include the following elements:

Mr. BOOZMAN submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill S. 2410, to authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2015 for military activities of the Department of Defense, for military construction, and for defense activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

Subtitle B--Army Programs SEC. 111. ARMY NATIONAL GUARD UH-60A MODERNIZATION.
