Inserted: In the case of the authorization contained in the table in section 2602 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 (division B of Public Law 112-239; 126 Stat. 2135) for Tustin, California, for construction of an Army Reserve Center at that location, the Secretary of the Army may, instead of constructing a new facility in Tustin, construct a new facility in the vicinity of Tustin, California.

Mrs. BOXER (for herself and Mrs. Feinstein) submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by her to the bill S. 2410, to authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2015 for military activities of the Department of Defense, for military construction, and for defense activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:
At the end of subtitle B of title XXVI, add the following:
SEC. 2614. MODIFICATION OF AUTHORITY TO CARRY OUT ARMY RESERVE PROJECT, TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA.
In the case of the authorization contained in the table in section 2602 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 (division B of Public Law 112-239; 126 Stat. 2135) for Tustin, California, for construction of an Army Reserve Center at that location, the Secretary of the Army may, instead of constructing a new facility in Tustin, construct a new facility in the vicinity of Tustin, California.
